it can be used for many exposed structural and non-structural applications.

Pine framing has been used by Australian builders for decaded and is preferred over many other structural materials due to its great strength, cost effectiveness, ease of use and flexibility.
Structural pine framing is commonly used in both residential and commercial building.  Through technological advances, machine grinding quarantees every stick of timber has been quality assessed, graded and tested.
